Projects can be cancelled before work begins. Once work has started, cancellation terms depend on project progress.
Refund Policy
Payments are generally non-refundable after project work has started due to time and resources involved.
Refunds may be considered only if:
- Work has not begun
- Payment was made in error
- Mutual agreement is reached
Service Subscriptions
For recurring services (SEO, Ads, Maintenance), cancellation requires prior notice as per the agreement.
